Refund and Returns Policy

Returns

You can return your perfume within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. We do not accept returns for opened or used products unless they are defective.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Exchanges

If you would prefer an exchange rather than a refund, you may choose to return your product and place a new order for your preferred scent.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs.
